De manière générale, les pièces en céramique, se nettoient très bien avec un peu de savon doux et un rinçage à l’eau clair.
Pour les taches un peu plus tenaces, le vinaigre blanc dilué pourra également être très efficace.
Il est préférable d’éviter les éponges abrasives et les produits chimiques décapants.

Les commandes sont traitées et expédiées sous 24 à 72heures (hors week-end et jours fériés). La livraison peut varier en fonction de la destination, entre 5 et 10 jours en moyenne pour la France et 10 à 15 jours pour l'Union Européenne et du mode de transport sélectionné (Colissimo ou Mondial Relay).
