• Gentle cleaning with a vacuum cleaner  or a dry deck brush or you can take it to a professional 
• In case of stains, use soapy water (such as Marseille soap)
• Don't hesitate to air them in the sun 
• Please note that your carpet may lose a few hairs, these are simply wool threads trapped during weaving.
